That was about the first thing that occurred to me. But my intuition is that it <strong><em>was</em></strong> jihadists who did the dirty deed. Like I said, the unfortunate reality is that their level of hatred is so deep that they cannot distinguish between the complicit and the apologists among us, and those of us who want to change this shit-hole of a system we have now.
